Excluded pests and specialist infestations are quoted separately. Members receive member pricing on eligible add-ons.
- ◆The service warranty on your treatment and the membership's one complimentary callback are separate benefits.
- ◆Both apply only to the covered pests and covered treatment scope listed above.
- ◆Safely accessible wasp treatment may form part of the scheduled service, but wasps are not covered by the standard service warranty or complimentary callback unless FAB confirms otherwise in writing.
- ◆The complimentary callback is one callback during the 12-month membership — it is not unlimited service.
- ◆It does not cover excluded pests or a new specialist infestation.

The travel estimate is calculated by road from FAB's standard declared dispatch point — not from your device location or a technician's previous job. That keeps travel charges consistent from one property to the next.
The final travel charge depends on the property location and service area. If FAB agrees to service your property from a different dispatch point, the travel charge may be adjusted before the booking is accepted. A confirmed price is never increased after service without your prior agreement.
If a membership's complimentary callback is used outside Zone 1 — Local, the applicable Zone 2, Zone 3 or Zone 4 travel charge is payable for that callback attendance.
